As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ricardo Sempertegui - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Bilingual Spanish
- Must be willing to obtain licensing
- Ability to work in a team environment
Compensation: $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
